ALL NON-WINNING ELIGIBLE ENTRIES FROM THE PREVIOUS ENTRY PERIOD(S) WILL NOT CARRY OVER TO SUBSEQUENT ENTRY PERIOD DRAWINGS.

HOW TO ENTER:  There are two (2) ways to receive entries into the Sweepstakes. Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of 1 entry per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period and that entry will be associated with the applicable Entry Period in which the Entrant submitted the entry.

  1. REFUND TRANSFER ENTRIES: During the Sweepstakes Period an Entrant who pays for tax preparation services using a qualifying refund transfer product provided by a tax professional actively enrolled with Sponsor will receive one (1) entry for a qualifying refund transfer transmitted to Sponsor during the respective Entry Period. PLEASE NOTE: A qualifying refund transfer is dependent upon the date on which the qualifying electronic refund transfer has been transmitted to Sponsor. In order to qualify, the eligible refund transfer must be transmitted by April 15, 2021. A refund transfer filed after 11:59 PM ET on April 15, 2021 will not be considered eligible towards a qualified refund transfer.

  1. MAIL-IN: TO ENTER WITHOUT USING A REFUND TRANSFER: To receive entries without using a refund transfer, send an email to paperless@nationalsweeps.com during an Entry Period, including your first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, date of birth and email address. Be sure to include the following exactly as it appears on the subject line “$500 AMAZON GIFT CARD” Sweepstakes. Each email meeting all of the requirements outlined in these Official Rules that is received is considered one (1) entry into the respective Entry Period.

Limit of 1 entry per Entrant for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry. Entry will be included in the respective Entry Period in which it was submitted. Entrants may only use one (1) email account to participate in this Sweepstakes. Entries received from any Entrant or email account in excess of the above stated limitation will be void.

In the event of uncertainty as to the identity of an Entrant, that Entrant will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different identities, email addresses, accounts, and/or any other methods will void that Entrant’s entries and that Entrant may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. No mechanically or programmatically reproduced entries are permitted. Sponsor will not verify receipt of entries for Entrants. All entries submitted become the sole property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, deposits or failed internet connections.

RANDOM DRAWINGS/ODDS OF WINNING:  On or about the drawing dates outlined in the Entry Period Chart in the “ENTRY PERIODS” section of these Official Rules, one (1) Entrant will be selected as the entry period prize winner (“Entry Period Prize Winner”) in a random drawing for each Entry Period conducted under the supervision of the Sweepstakes Administrator, an independent judging organization, whose decisions are based on their sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects. The Entry Period Prize Winner selected will determine the tax professional that will receive an Entry Period Prize as outlined in the “ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES” section in these Official Rules.

All non-winning eligible entries from the previous Entry Period drawings will not carry over to subsequent Entry Period drawings. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of entries received during the respective Entry Period.
