HOW TO ENROLL WITH TPG Instructions for MyTAXPrepOffice Customers MyTAXPrepOffice is a product of Step 1 Log in to the MyTAXPrepOffice website. Step 2 Locate the Financial Products widget displayed on the Dashboard and select TPG. Step 3 Complete the information requested on the TPG ERO Enrollment screen. Enter the desired Transmission Add-on fee (Max $84) if applicable. Check the consent box if applicable. Enter the Service Bureau Fee if applicable. Step 4 Click on the bottom right to view each tab and provide required information. Step 5 The User Setup tab will prompt you to create login credentials that will be used for the TPG website. Step 6 Once all required fields are completed, you will be prompted to review the TPG Financial Services Agreement (FSA). Check the box to indicate you have read, understand and agree to the TPG FSA. The enrollment application will be transmitted to TPG within 24 hours. Once the enrollment application is approved you will receive a welcome email from TPG and the Financial Products widget will display an "Enrolled" status.
